Karen Black

Having lived in Shelby County for the last thirty years, Karen is deeply rooted in her community. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate. Karen is a single mother of a pre-teen daughter and has a rambunctious Golden Doodle named Maggie. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing basketball with her daughter Sadie, and loves being outdoors.
Prior to getting her real estate license, Karen worked as an Accountant for various companies. She obtained her Brokers license in 2021 and has received the Accredited Buyer’s Representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors. Karen also specializes in assisting current and former military service members with housing solutions that best suits their needs.
